At Flipside Burgers & Bar, our food program is driven by creativity, quality, and serious attention to detail. Menu creations are led by owner Michael Baffa, whose passion for bold flavors and consistency shows in every dish.
Our burgers start with never-frozen, 100% top round beef, custom-ground exclusively for Flipside. We use the freshest ingredients, hand-cut our fries daily, and spend hours prepping each item to ensure every plate delivers the same high-quality experience, every time.

Flipside features over 25 specialty burgers, ranging from the classic MacFlip Burger—topped with cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, and our signature special sauce—to the wildly creative Chip & Dip Burger, loaded with Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, French onion dip, and crispy potato chips. The creativity doesn’t stop at burgers. Our appetizers push boundaries with standouts like Blackberry Jalapeño–drizzled Glazed Calamari and Chicken Tamale Bites.
