Flipside Burgers & Bar was created by Michael Baffa a hidden gem tucked into Fairfield's Brick Walk. Though quietly nestled in the back, it quickly became a destination known for its vibrant energy, expansive bar, and welcoming patio, where great food, craft drinks, and a lively atmosphere come together.
The Food
Flipside centers its menu on never-frozen, custom-ground sirloin/top-round burgers, hand-cut fries, and thoughtfully prepared comfort food, with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and consistent execution. There are over 25 specialty burgers (like the "MacFlip" and "Chip & Dip") plus a build-your-own option, alongside appetizers, tacos, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.

We go out to eat 4 times a week at different places some good some…. one and done :)My first time here left such a great impression with Taylor N. She greeted us right away.
